Concern About COVID Drops To Record Lows
Just in time for Spring! Americans’ concerns about getting the virus have fallen to record lows. (Gallup)
- 35% percent of U.S. adults now say they are very or somewhat worried about contracting COVID-19.
- This is down from 49% in February and is the lowest point in Gallup’s trend since April 2020.
The least concerned groups were Republicans (17%), those not planning on getting vaccinated (19%), those fully vaccinated (21%), 65+ (21%), and men (29%).
The most concerned groups were Democrats (69%), those planning to vaccinated (66%), college graduates (58%), non-whites (56%), and those partially vaccinated (55%)
