Nearly 50% of Voters Say Rising Prices Are Their Biggest Concern
Nearly 50% of voters say that rising prices are the biggest issue heading into the mid-terms, according to the latest Monmouth University poll…(Monmouth)
- 33% of voters said that inflation was their biggest concern followed by 15% of voters who said gas prices were their biggest concern.
- 9% were worried about the economy in general and 6% were worried about paying everyday bills.
Add it all up and 63% of voters are concerned about economic issues. Making matters worse for Democrats is that 57% of voters say that the actions of the federal government over the past six months have hurt their family when it comes to their most important concern.
NOTE: The top non-economic issue was abortion at 5.0% followed by guns, health care, and job security all at 3.0%.
