Markets were in the green to start Tuesday after a disappointing Monday that snapped a 5-day winning streak. Dow futures were up 170 points, or 0.49%, while S&P and NASDAQ futures were up 0.38% and 0.37%, respectively. Oil was down slightly but still well above $100 at $111 a barrel and the 10-year was still holding after a double-digit jump yesterday to 2.34%
