- THE 30-YR FIXED rate jumped up 5 basis points to average 3.14% which is 33 basis points higher from the same time one year ago.
- THE 15-YR FIXED rate jumped 4 basis points to average 2.37% which is 5 basis points higher than the same time one year ago.
