Apparently, on Wall Street what goes up must come down, and down, and down. An absolute bloodbath for every single index today. The NASDAQ led the bloodletting with a 4.28% drop, or 647 points, followed by the S&P 500 and the Dow down 3.56% and 3.12%, respectively.
- The 10-year briefly fell under 3.0% at the beginning of the trading day. As the market tanked yield on the 10-year climbed above 3.1% before closing the day at 3.03%.
- Oil was down two dollars to end the day at $108 per barrel.
